Once this information is provided to us, within a matter of minutes we will be able to provide you with a reasonable quote. When coming up with a price, we consider things like the higher cost of fuel in some areas as well as any permits or escorts that may be required. We will send you a reservation form. Once this form is complete, our dispatchers will begin looking for the perfect driver to transport your vehicle. Usually within 48 hours your load will be assigned. Once this happens, our dispatch department will contact you letting you know the details for pickup and delivery.

How To Prepare Your Vehicle for Transport

Once you have booked your reservation with We Will Transport It, our representatives will provide you with the driver’s contact information. Along with the driver, you can always contact our dispatch department with any questions that you may have. We will be contacting you throughout the process with updates on the driver’s status as well. Remember to remove any valuables and personal effects from the vehicle. If you have a SunPass or an E-ZPass for tollways, we recommend you remove them as well. Before your vehicle is picked up, we recommend confirming that the insurance policy in place covers the value of your vehicle. We require our drivers to be fully insured based on the state’s federal regulations. Upon placing your reservation, double check that your vehicle will be 100% covered.
